  • Processed orders and Items "In Stock"are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Processing Time:

  • Handmade crafts that are made to order have processing times ranging from 2 to 14 business days.  Customers will be informed of estimated processing time at ordering stage.

  • Custom orders or peak seasons may extend processing times, and customers will be notified if necessary.

Shipping Methods:

  • "An Post Parcel Post" shipping service is used for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland, taking approximately 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout.

 

International Shipping:

  • "An Post Parcel Post" shipping service is used for international deliveries, taking approximately 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout.

 

Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times are based on processing and shipping but may vary.

  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond their control.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Customers receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email for online shipment tracking.

 

Multiple Items:

  • Multiple items in an order may be shipped separately for faster delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Contact the seller within 24 hours for lost or damaged orders.

  • Proof of damage with a photograph is required.

  • Return damaged products in original packaging within seven days.

  • Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method.

  • Some products (e.g., earrings, hats, hair accessories) may not be eligible for refunds due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At The Crafty Pebblers, we take pride in creating high quality handmade wares that are crafted with care and attention to detail.  We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.  Please take a moment to read our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy.

Refund Policy:

As most of our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we have a limited refund policy.  Please review the following refund guidelines before making a purchase.

Refunds for Damaged items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective due to issues during transit, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

  • To initiate a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will request photographic evidence of the damage or ask you to return the damaged item.  We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • The Crafty Pebblers reserve the right to refuse a return if it is determined that an item has been used and/or then returned for any other reason other than being damaged in transit.

  • All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

Non Refundable Items:

Due to the custom and made to order nature of our products along with safety and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Inaccurate colour choices.

  • Incorrect sizes order.

  • Delays in processing or shipping that fall within our stated processing and shipping times.

  • Customised or personalised items with specific names, dates or designs.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items purchased like earrings, hats or hair accessories (unless same has been damaged in transit).

 

Cancellation of Order:

  • The Crafty Pebblers are committed to selling only high quality handmade products and cancellations will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing your order on our website.  Please make any cancellation request stating the reason for the cancellation by email to thecraftypebblers@gmail.com.

  • If the order has been dispatched prior to cancellation regrettably we will be unable to cancel the transaction.  The order will be considered valid and you, the Customer will remain liable for the full payment of same.

 

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us at thecraftypebblers@gmail.com

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and any supporting photographs if applicable.

  • We will review your request without delay and provide instructions on how to proceed with your refund.

 

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving all necessary information and return items (if applicable).
