Refund policy
Every piece is handmade in Pebblewood in the Boyne Valley, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. As every piece is individually handmade, slight variations in colour, size and finish are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered faults.
Changing your mind
If you are ordering from Ireland, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason. Please email thecraftypebblers@gmail.com within this period and we will provide our return address.
Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning it is your responsibility.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Commissions and custom pieces
Commissioned, personalised and custom-made pieces created specifically to your requirements cannot be returned simply because you change your mind. This is in accordance with consumer legislation covering personalised and bespoke goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally include photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or full refund in accordance with your rights under Irish consumer law. We will also cover any reasonable return postage costs where the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error.
