Hand-carved and hand-turned pieces made in the Boyne Valley, Ireland by Joe, who designs each one himself. Carved scenes and figures alongside turned goblets, figurines and egg cups -yew and lime most oftenfor the carving, with cherry, spalted beech, rosewoodand other hardwoods as the piece asks for them.
Timber is chosen piece by piece for its grain and colour, so each finished piece is shaped as much by the wood as by the design.
