A handknitted baby capelet and pixie bonnet set in 100% merino wool in rich red and ivory. The capelet is fully lined in a red, yellow, white and blue tartan. The full lining supports the shape of the capelet, gives it body and provides a smooth finish against a baby's delicate skin.
Description

The capelet sits neatly around the shoulders without restricting movement, with a gentle flare towards the hem. A tartan-covered button fastens the front, coordinating with the lining. The matching pixie bonnet is knitted in the same red and ivory merino wool and finished with two handknitted cord ties with tartan detailing.

Merino wool is naturally soft, breathable and temperature regulating. It helps manage warmth and moisture, making it particularly well suited to baby clothing.

Handknitted in the Boyne Valley, Co. Meath, Ireland by The Crafty Pebblers. Wrapped with care, ready to gift.

Sized for approximately 0-3 months. As children's sizing varies, please check the finished measurements before purchasing rather than relying on age alone.

Care
Hand wash or use a gentle wool wash at 30°C with a mild wool detergent. Reshape while damp and dry flat. Do not tumble dry.

We currently ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland only, using An Post tracked delivery. Shipping is €7.00. European shipping is not currently available.

Every item currently available on our website has already been handmade. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, and An Post takes a further 3 to 5 working days.
