The Cailleach's Wisdom: A Folklore of Hope and Renewal

€1,200.00

The Cailleach is an ancient figure from Irish mythology who embodies Ireland's rugged landscapes, seasonal change and enduring spirit. Traditionally depicted as a powerful elderly hag, she carries both the severity of winter and the hope that spring brings. In Meath, folklore says she made Loughcrew, Slieve na Calliagh, the Hill of the Witch.
